To provide a positive buyer experience, sellers are required to ship items within two business days of the sale. Items should be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Certain items, such as customized goods (e.g., artwork or handmade pieces), may require additional processing time. Sellers using Flykup’s Customer Service tools must handle refund requests according to Flykup’s Buyer Protection Policy. Sellers who consistently delay responses or fail to follow the refund policy—resulting in frequent overturning of their refund decisions—may receive warnings and account penalties.
