SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. Shipping Options

  • Standard shipping: Metro cities (2–4 business days), Tier 2 cities (4–6 business days), Tier 3 cities (5–7 business days), remote areas (7–12 business days).
  • Express shipping: Metro cities (1–2 business days), other cities (2–3 business days), additional charges apply.
  • Same-day delivery: Select pincodes only, order before 12 PM, premium charges apply, subject to availability.
  • Scheduled delivery: Choose delivery date, time slot selection where available, convenience fee may apply.
2.Shipping Charges
  • Based on weight, dimensions, delivery distance, shipping speed, product category, and seller location.
  • Free shipping on orders above seller-defined threshold, during promotional periods, for Prime members (if applicable), or bulk orders.
3. Delivery Process
  • Order confirmation within 2 hours, packaging within 24 hours, courier handover within 48 hours, tracking activated.
  • Real-time GPS tracking, SMS/Email updates, milestone notifications, estimated delivery updates, proof of delivery provided.
  • First delivery attempt as scheduled, second attempt next business day, third attempt with customer coordination, return if undelivered after 7 days.
4. Delivery Requirements
  • Address must be complete, accurate, with landmark and contact number (alternate number recommended); pincode verification applies.
  • Recipient may be required to provide ID proof, OTP verification for high-value orders, age verification for restricted items, and signature/digital confirmation.
5. Special Delivery Services
  • Open box delivery for electronics: inspection before acceptance, immediate replacement if defective, additional charges may apply.
  • Installation service for appliances: professional installation, demo included, charges as applicable.
  • Try & Buy for fashion and footwear: trial before payment, easy returns, available in select areas only.
6. International Shipping
  • Available countries list to be updated based on operations.
  • Rates calculated on actual or volumetric weight; customs duties extra; extended delivery timelines; limited tracking in some countries.
  • Restrictions apply: prohibited items, country-specific regulations, value limitations, documentation requirements.
7. Shipping Restrictions
  • Serviceable areas subject to pincode availability, remote area surcharges, seasonal restrictions, and security-sensitive zones.
  • Restricted items include hazardous materials, liquids over 100ml, batteries (special handling), high-value items (insurance required), and perishables (special logistics).
8. Logistics Partners
  • Integrated with major couriers, allocated based on performance, multi-carrier strategy with regional specialists.
  • Flykup Logistics available in select cities with premium quality, direct monitoring, and in-house delivery network.
9. DeliveryIssues
  • Delayed delivery: automatic notifications, compensation for excessive delays, priority support, alternative arrangements.
  • Failed delivery: customer notified, re-attempt scheduled, hold-at-location option, return process initiated.
  • Lost in transit: investigation conducted, insurance claim filed, full refund or replacement issued, expedited resolution provided.
10. ContactlessDelivery
  • Optional selection by customer.
  • Doorstep placement with photo confirmation.
  • Digital payment preferred.
  • Safety and hygiene protocols strictly followed.
