How Flykup Pricing Works
Most platforms charge a commission on every sale. Flykup doesn't. We charge two components that reflect your actual usage.
Component 1 — Platform Fee
A flat monthly fee that gives you access to the entire Flykup platform: seller dashboard, product catalog, analytics, inventory sync, Auto DM Commerce, SparkChain™ loyalty, and seller support.
Same fee whether you run 1 session or 20 this month.
Component 2 — Viewer-Minute Packs
Prepaid packs of viewer-minutes consumed when buyers watch your live sessions or shoppable videos. ₹0.35 per viewer-minute. One pack works for both live and video.

Viewer-Minute Packs
₹0.35 per viewer-minute — prepaidConsumed when a viewer watches your live session or shoppable video. NOT consumed when you are setting up products, reviewing analytics, testing, or when a session has zero viewers.
Payment Gateway
~2% per transaction — passed through at costCharged by Razorpay or PayU. Not Flykup's revenue. Zero markup. The same fee charged by every Indian digital payment system. Exact amount shown per transaction in your dashboard.
Logistics
Actual courier rate — your choiceFlykup integrates with Delhivery, XpressBees, ST Courier, Porter, and Qwqer. You pay your chosen courier's rate. Flykup does not mark up logistics costs.

₹0 — Zero — AlwaysFlykup takes zero percent of your GMV. Zero on live session sales. Zero on shoppable video sales. This is a core business model commitment — not a promotional offer.

Pricing Questions — Answered Directly
What exactly is a viewer-minute?
One viewer watching your content for one minute. If 50 viewers watch your live session for 20 minutes each, that is 1,000 viewer-minutes (50 × 20). Both live sessions and shoppable videos consume from the same viewer-minute pack.
What if I run out of viewer-minutes mid-session?
Your live session continues — it does not cut off mid-broadcast. Flykup sends a dashboard notification and email alert when your pack reaches 20% remaining. You can top up from your dashboard at any time. If you run out completely, new viewer joins are paused until you top up. Existing viewers continue watching.
Do viewer-minutes expire?
Viewer-minutes are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. They do not expire at the end of a calendar month. Unused minutes at the end of 90 days are forfeited — this is disclosed at point of purchase.
What does the first month free actually include?
Your first month includes the platform fee waived and a Starter Pack of 5,000 viewer-minutes at no charge. Enough to run your first several live sessions and test shoppable video. No credit card charge for the first month.
Can I switch between Starter and Growth plans?
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time — the difference is prorated for the remainder of the billing month. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What is the minimum I can spend on Flykup per month?
₹999 platform fee + ₹1,750 Starter Pack = ₹2,749/month. This gives capacity for 2–3 live sessions with 50–80 viewers each, or equivalent shoppable video consumption.
Are there GST charges on Flykup subscription and packs?
Yes. GST at 18% applies to the platform fee and viewer-minute packs as these are software services. Your GST invoice is generated automatically. If you are GST-registered, you can claim input tax credit.
What payment methods does Flykup accept?
All major UPI apps, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking through Razorpay. Subscription payments are charged on your billing date each month. Viewer-minute packs are purchased on demand from your dashboard.
