Seller Policy

1. Eligibility
Any individual, proprietorship, partnership, or registered company in India with a valid bank account and GST number (if applicable) may register as a Flykup seller. Sellers must be 18 years or older.
2. Commission Structure
Flykup charges zero commission on all sales. Sellers pay a flat monthly subscription fee as per the current pricing page. Payment gateway processing fees (approximately 2%) are passed through at cost with no markup. All fees are transparently displayed in the seller dashboard.
3. Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed within 48 hours of a confirmed and delivered order. Payouts are made to the bank account registered during onboarding via NEFT/IMPS through our Axis Bank regulated nodal account. Sellers must maintain accurate bank details in their dashboard.
4. Product Listing Standards
Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. Counterfeit goods, prohibited items under Indian law, and regulated goods without proper licensing are strictly prohibited. Flykup reserves the right to remove listings that violate these standards.
5. Live Session Conduct
Sellers must conduct live sessions in a professional manner. Misleading claims about products, false pricing, and aggressive tactics that harm buyer trust are prohibited. Flykup monitors session quality and reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations.
6. Refunds and Disputes
Sellers are responsible for honoring their stated return and refund policies. In cases of buyer disputes, Flykup's seller support team mediates. Sellers must respond to dispute queries within 48 hours. Persistent unresolved disputes may result in account review.
7. Account Suspension
Flykup reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or repeated buyer complaints. Sellers will be notified of the reason and given an opportunity to appeal.
