• • Device information and usage data when you use our platform

2. How We Use Your Information

• • To operate and provide the Flykup platform services
• • To process orders and facilitate payouts through our Axis Bank nodal account system
• • To provide seller support in Tamil, Hindi, and English
• • To send platform updates, transaction notifications, and support communications
• • To generate anonymized, aggregated performance data for the India Live Commerce Index

3. Data We Never Sell

Flykup does not sell your personal data or your customer data to third parties. Your buyer relationships are yours. We do not monetize your customer information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Razorpay and PayU for payment processing, Axis Bank for nodal account services, and logistics partners (Delhivery, XpressBees, ST Courier, Porter, Qwqer) for fulfillment. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their data handling.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data remains accessible for 90 days for export, after which it is archived per our data retention policy. Transaction records are retained for the legally required period under Indian accounting and tax regulations.
